The full programme also includes the opportunity to undergo strengths-based profiling, which helps individuals learn about their “7 Significant Strengths” and how they can be leveraged to advance their career.
This personalised programme includes welcome events, the allocation of a ‘buddy’ and a Competency Framework detailing the full expectations of the role with ongoing training support.
You will be supported through our Performance Management Scheme with quarterly one to one’s with your line manager. SWOT analysis sessions will also help you define and achieve your goals.
