We’re very proud to hear that Birch House has won the Premier Guarantee Multi-Storey Development of the Year Award, up against some very stiff opposition! This is testament to the hard work and commitment of the project team who overcame complex challenges with the building. Jubb have been involved from the outset of the project, through the many twists and turns, providing the structural and civil elements of the project and interfacing with the many other buildings that were being constructed on the site. We are particularly pleased with our contribution in achieving the desired accommodation layouts by introducing our unique stepped column approach, whilst minimising loadings on complex and challenging ground conditions. A huge well done and congratulations to all involved!
