Our client’s growth programme is seeking ways of evolving their DC template to address their changing operational needs.
As well as addressing user requirements this work is aimed to standardise their product leading to programme, procurement and cost advantages. As an integral part of the programme team, Jubb have provided detailed structural and civil engineering advice into the template development. The template has been developed as an agnostic template to best fit the code requirements across the entire EMEA region to give site specific teams a flying start on the bespoke delivery required at each site. This work extends into developing measures to facilitate the phased build out of sites including identifying ground works that can be constructed ahead of need to facilitate rapid build out at later dates as demand grows.
