Jubb provided Civil, Structural and Ground Engineering advice to support the client’s proposal to purchase a new site in the UK.
The brownfield site had one lapsed consent for a DC and one failed application for residential. As such there was a wealth of information for review and analysis. Jubb also employed an archaeological consultant and an ecological consultant to assist with specialisms not provided in house.
Our high-level assessment of the engineering and planning constraints faced led to an early decision to abandon the site and we are currently supporting further enquiries elsewhere in the UK to fill the gap.
