Jubb supported Gallagher Estates with this 66Ha greenfield site for ‘disposal for residential’ development. Jubb worked alongside Gallagher Estates to establish site wide strategies for earthworks, drainage and infrastructure providing holistic models to inform viability and potential phasing.

The primary infrastructure for highways and drainage was designed in detail and taken through to technical approval with Warwickshire County Council and Severn Trent Water. The highway infrastructure included a new primary estate road and bus route through the site with several new junctions to the existing highway network as well as off-site alterations.

The surface water drainage strategy for the site was designed to provide flexibility in the phasing of the site development. Attenuation ponds were designed to meet the local council’s requirements for adoption and to make use of the existing fishing ponds while tying in with the proposed landscape strategy.
