Jubb assisted their National Retailer Client from site acquisition through to project completion for this 50,000m² Distribution Centre. The building was the largest of the Clients’ warehouses at the time of completion and is large enough to fit seven football pitches within the footprint. The building houses freezer and chilled areas along with 4,000m² of office space and 100,000m² of external yard works.

The building is situated just off the A30 east of Exeter, just 2 miles from the M5, to allow connectivity throughout the South West. Jubb provided civil, structural and geotechnical design throughout the project; a robust set of tender documents were produced to allow the Client to go out to the market. Jubb were then also employed by the successful contractor to deliver the civil and structural design on site, on time and under budget.
