We are thrilled to hear that Outline Planning Consent has been granted for the new Dunsfold Park development. Dunsfold Park is the first planned village in Surrey for over a century, and is a mixed-use development of initially 1800 homes and supporting infrastructure. Having assisted with the strategic master planning of the development, Jubb are now providing civil and ground engineering design support to deliver primary enabling infrastructure. Dunsfold Park has been granted Garden Village status, one of 19 large scale developments in the country to be given the designation.
