My first 6 years at Jubb has proven to be the most rewarding of my structural engineering career, working with a huge variety of people on challenging and interesting projects.  I have a passion for innovative building structures and feel that structural engineers play an important role in influencing and supporting technical advancements. My time at Jubb has encouraged me to think ‘out of the box’  and to develop  solutions for problems that are both cost effective and inventive. As a  Director, this philosophy has  helped me influence  Jubb to become  a modern and forward thinking company that values its staff and the environment they work in.
