Strategic Land Planning and Regeneration

We are the first port of call for many strategic land companies due to our excellent track record and are involved at all stages of strategic land planning and promotion.

We can advise clients from the moment they consider the purchase of a site right through to the moment that they dispose of their interests. We understand the level of detail required at all stages of the planning process and advise clients on sites of less than 100 houses up to new communities of over 10,000 houses. Jubb has the same capacity and expertise for this type of work as our corporate competitors but offer the personal touch and quality of service you expect from a smaller company. We have over 80 staff across four offices and this comprehensive team enables us to call in the expertise we need to tackle any challenge, as well as respond quickly with the appropriate capacity for large planning projects.

We have teams that specialise in flood risk and drainage management, transport planning, civil engineering and ground engineering so we are well placed to tackle any size project, whatever the challenge. We can also assemble and lead teams with related specialist skill sets such as ecology, noise and vibration and air quality.

Regeneration

Our regeneration experience covers a range of diverse and challenging projects including important historical elements of Plymouth Quay and Bath Quay.

Our expertise in regeneration, and the breadth of projects we have extensive experience in, adds value to our strategic land planning services as we are able to offer expert advice on what is possible and propose the best solutions. Development in greenfield land faces increasing challenges in areas of flood risk, drainage and utilities planning which we can assist with.  Brownfield development often needs expert contaminated land advice which we deliver in-house.
