Our commercial experience includes a diverse range of projects covering offices, retail and trading parks, industrial spaces, training facilities and the repurposing of buildings for purpose-built and mixed-use developments, working with both private and public sector clients.
Many of our past projects have been award-winning working alongside other creative design team members. We believe our services have and continue to delivery real true value to our valued clients.
Sustainability
We acknowledge sustainability as being an important design factor which is having greater influence across all sectors in the construction industry. We have delivered many BREEAM excellent and outstanding buildings in the past which have tended to focus on operational carbon and matters such as natural lighting, ventilation, heating, thermal performance and green energy. As civil engineers we have traditionally focused on increasing sustainable approaches to drainage designs, but more recently the impacts of embodied carbon have evolved and as a subject we must take greater interest in it. The repurposing and reuse of existing structures, designing lean and testing ‘design standards’ are considerations which are driving our design work today to help reduce and limit environment impacts for future generations.
Jubb repeatedly work with a number of prestigious commercial developers to deliver large scale mixed use schemes, retail and business parks and industrial led developments. Most projects include new build and elements of refurbishment requiring structural adaptation to cater for future use and a prolonged design life.
