Jubb has a significant presence in the industrial property sector having completed over 5 million sq.ft of distribution space in recent years, working with some of the biggest retailers, shed developers, contractors and distribution firms in the industry. We bring an empathy for the demands of the sector and tailor our service delivery to address these from front end site acquisition through planning and construction phases. Central amongst these sector demands are the need to manage challenging ground conditions with creative design, lean commercial and sustainable design, programme and risk.
Amongst our work in this sector, we are a lead engineering consultant to a major international retailer and have helped the grocer to acquire land for 11 new Regional Distribution Centres, as well as delivering the planning, design and construction of around 3 million sq.ft of their new distribution floor space.
