We provide the first three months maternity leave at full pay and 4 weeks paternity leave at full pay after 12 months of service.

Everyone can experience personal and professional challenges from time to time. When our colleagues need it, our Employee Assistance Programme is there to help. The services are also available to their immediate family members for added reassurance.

Our offering includes support through a 24-hour helpline, counselling, fitness and health programmes, legal advice, bereavement support and virtual GP services.

We provide annual webinars on stress management and resilience for all colleagues to equipe them with tools to succeed.

Our pension provision also goes above and beyond offering a starting employer contribution of 6% and increasing incrementally with length of service for those who are eligible. It offers peace of mind and financial security for the long term.

We can’t all be experts at everything, sometimes we need guidance from knowledge experts. At Jubb we provide all colleagues the option of free, monthly private and confidential, financial clinics run by a qualified third party.

Group life assurance and income protection

We maintain a group life cover policy providing a lump sum equivalent to 3 x basic salary and income protection up to 75% of the insured salary providing extra reassurance when its needed most.
