The UK-wide £30m framework helps to support new build, refurbishment and retrofit public sector projects and can be used by a wide range of public sector clients including local authorities, social landlords, health authorities, councils, publicly funded schools and further education establishments. The framework handles public sector construction opportunities and will be in place up until April 2027. It offers access to civil and structural engineering consultants alongside construction planning, management and design, architects, M&E services and asset management.
