Maddie Eaves wins ICE South West Graduate of the Year

We are thrilled to shine the spotlight on Maddie Eaves, a talented Civil Engineer who is making waves in our Bristol civils team. Recently titled as the ICE South West Graduate of the Year,, Maddie’s dedication and significant contributions to civil engineering have not only earned her praise, but has also garnered the admiration of her colleagues and peers alike.

This award recognises emerging talent within the graduate membership and highlights their substantial impact within the industry.

Since joining our Bristol Civils team, Maddie has embarked on an inspiring journey. Soon becoming an integral part of numerous key projects across diverse sectors, she has showcased versatility and proficiency in various engineering practices, setting a high standard for excellence within our team.

Shaping the Future of Engineering: 

On the path to chartership, Maddie’s commitment to professional growth and development is evident. Her ongoing pursuit of knowledge and expertise not only demonstrates her individual excellence but also her active involvement in nurturing the next generation of engineers.  As a STEM ambassador, and a sincere passion for inspiring and guiding budding engineers, her involvement as a mentor for the ICE CityZen competition showcases her commitment to fostering the talents of the future.

The judges of the Graduate of the Year 2023 award were particularly impressed by Maddie’s career achievements, leadership potential, and her heartfelt desire to give back to society. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Maddie is a strong supporter of students, and actively embodies mentorship, and community values.
