Working in collaboration, Weston-Super-Mare Rugby Club are seeking to provide an enhanced player and spectator experience. The club has a long history and plays a vital community role promoting rugby in Weston-Super-Mare. The Club intends to stay at the Rec and the investment in the facilities will enable the Club to provide a platform for a long-term sustainable plan to enable them to fulfil future commitments and realise their full potential.

Jubb are providing Civil and Structural design for this £35m mixed-use development surrounding the pitch of Weston-Super-Mare RFC. The first phase will see a new clubhouse, doctors surgery, offices retail and residential space being built to the North and East of the pitch, as well as the site wide and on site civils and highways works.

Jubb have provided a cost effective ground improvement option as an alternative to piling to allow the client to save on below ground cost to alleviate pressure on fit out and superstructure.
